As a PPA member I have access to unlimited resources to improve my art as a portrait photographer, to benefit my clients and my business. I want to continue to learn and apply what I’ve learned to better my work and PPA gives me the tools to do so.  I think this video clip is a great example of the dedication and passion I want to bring to my clients.

CHEERS :)

years old. Calvin turned 15, Feb. 28th. (finally getting a blog posted!)

We can hardly believe how fast the time has flown by! Calvin chose to have his birthday dinner at Suzy Wong’s House of Yum. If you’ve never

been, we highly recommend it! It is very YUM!

We enjoyed having Grandma (my Mom from Phx.) visiting with us over Calvin’s birthday. Dessert was a baskin robins mint chocolate chip ice-cream cake. Also very, Yum!

Calvin didn’t waste anytime applying for his driver’s permit. Dad picked him up a little early from school on the 28th and Calvin drove home from the test! Passed with flying colors. And is doing to great job behind the wheel. Though I must admit it’s taking me longer to get used to this than I thought it would!

Here are a couple photos (taken with a point and shoot  camera with a terrible flash mode) to share of this birthday celebration.

salad. salsa. garden. that is!

Jim made a small rock border garden (to plant all the stuff for salsa) near our other small garden bed. What was originally a flower garden is now

a salad garden, spinach, buttercrisp, red leaf, and romaine. Together, we finished planting and securing it from the rabbits that live in the row of trees at the back of our yard today.

Just in time before it started raining again.  Here are a few photos to share… One from the day a few weekends ago when he made the garden and today. Ty loves it

when we are in the yard working. He wanted a shot of him too.
