first day of High School….
It is truly hard to believe that yes, Calvin has started high school today! This is a new beginning for a couple reasons for our family. The high school mile stone is upon us and we are no longer homeschooling! Time has it’s way and we get to marvel at all the memories along the way. Vividly, I can see this young man of ours running to his preschool class with his Cuddy Bear bookbag on his back, at 3 1/2 years old, telling me to just drop him off! Not much has changed, HA! I dropped him off this morning just as I did all those years ago, covered with our prayers and excited for him in this new adventure. ♥
Laurie – I understand your sentiments exactly. I cried on Shelby and Campbell’s first day of high school. Time passes so quickly and this season of their life will go at warp speed. He’s a lucky boy to have you and Jim for parents – we’ll join you in praying God’s richest blessings for Calvin!
